At its heart a Supercharged 4.2 litre V8 engine, featuring twin air intakes and variable inlet camshaft phasing to develop 306kW and a peak torque of 560Nm. Acceleration is breathtaking - 0 to 100kph in just 5.2 seconds. The supercharger also ensures high levels of power and torque are available at all engine speeds, providing instant throttle response, outstanding mid-range acceleration and excellent driveability.

So from the outright exhilaration of the XKR, through the sporty soundtrack of the 4.2 V8, with its Advanced Induction and semi-active muffler systems, power is never an issue in the XK.
