The front wheel drive 2.1 LE comes with all the luxury features that you expect of a Jaguar vehicle - sumptuous leather and Rosewood interior, Reverse Park Assist, 10 way electric driver and front passenger´s seats with memory for the driver´s seat, Bluetooth connectivity, CD autochanger, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlights and automatic climate control along with standard automatic transmission, cruise control and trip computer to give you an extra edge of pleasure to the drive. X-TYPE offers JAGUAR’S superb 2.1 litre 117kw V6 petrol engine with 5-speed automatic transmission. The 2.1 V6 LE features standard 17" Barbados alloy wheels and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC).
The X-Type 2.1 LE Hi-Luxury has the added features of Twin needle Horizontal stitch seat with leather seat facings with contrast piping, Burr Walnut wood, Burr Walnut / leather 4-spoke steering wheel, rear sill tread plates and chrome door mirror caps.

BODY Highlights
The new face is bold and contemporary, the lines and stance more sporting, the signature detailing unmistakeable. X-TYPE perfectly balances performance with versatility, a dynamic character with great looks, luxury and practicality.
Power folding door mirrors fold inwards towards the car to help when parking in tight spaces, on the roadside, or going through a narrow gap. These are standard on all models. All models feature power adjustable heated door mirrors.
Optional Xenon headlights with automatic levelling ensure brighter, safer night-time driving. They are optional on all models. Front foglights are standard throughout the range as are automatic headlights where sensors automatically detect light levels and switch on dipped headlights.
Rear Parking Aid uses ultrasonic sensors in the rear bumper to detect unseen obstacles - such as hidden kerbs and low bollards.
Sporting Saloon

LEADING TECHNOLOGY
Jaguar´s commitment to active technology has one aim: to give you optimum control whatever the circumstances. Dynamic Stability Control is standard across the range and is designed to help maintain control and balance. ABS reduces wheel lock-up under heavy braking, even in wet conditions. Emergency Brake Assist, to help faster braking and steering control.
Safety
Almost twenty years of computer time – 175,000 hours – went into the development of X-TYPE´s safety performance for total confidence and improved passenger protection. Deformable crumple zones front and rear, engineered to absorb and deflect energy. All doors reinforced with anti-intrusion bars helping protect against side impact, and dual-stage front airbags designed to deploy as required for driver and front passenger protection.
